Founder

As a licensed psychotherapist with extensive training in trauma healing, yoga, and mind-body integration, I created Body Spirit Mind to unify evidence-based modalities under one healing roof. My passion is helping others experience sustainable transformation by treating the whole person—not just symptoms.

Our Offerings

Working Professional Program

9–12 hours/week

  • Designed for working clients
  • Includes therapy, yoga, mindfulness, and group support

Intensive Outpatient Program

Graduated Schedule

  • Weeks 1–10: 12 hrs/week
  • Weeks 11–15: 9 hrs/week
  • Weeks 16–20: 6 hrs/week
  • Ideal for transition from stabilization to growth

Long-term Healing Program

12 hrs/week

  • 12 months duration
  • Designed for long-term trauma healing and relapse prevention
